Yesterday we entered the Comton Group Limited cup for the third year in a row resulting in silverware in the plate competition.

Yet again the weather was fantastic, the level of football had gone up another notch from the previous two years, Nando's UK & IRE did a great job at organising the chicken and chips throughout the day and families had a great time with various activities on.

It wasn't an easy route for us to the final facing Valbruna in the quarter finals which was a hard fought out 0-0 which resulting in around 30 penalties and fortunately we came out on top

The semi final was a narrow 2-1 victory against Sertec Group Ltd

The final was a 4-0 victory against Bromford Iron Limited

It was once again a fantastic event, great for families and networking, seamlessly run by GOALS Peter Comerford & Michael Bolton
