After much anticipation our parent company Roentgen have released their newest premium band saw blade the HM-Titan FIT After years of research and development, the new HM Titan FIT band saw blade, has enhanced multi-chip geometry and a newly developed high resistant carbide tip tooth, that produces high performance and increased tool life when sawing nickel-based super alloys such as, Inconel 615, Inconel 718, Nimonics and more. After extensive trials in the UK and Europe, this new blade technology has been proven to reduce companies cost per cut in comparison to our competitors. To enchance cutting performances even further, our suggestion is that the blade comes with a wave on the back edge of the blade. At our head office in Coventry, we are the only UK based company that can manufacturer the wave on a band saw blade and guarantee delivery within three working days. The area’ of application for this blade are solids in any form, The all new FIT blade is available in the following blade widths and TPI (teeth per inch)
